Your donation can be used for any permissible, religious, reformatory, welfare, well-wishing, Spiritual, and good purpose.

We support children based on who needs it the most. This is to ensure that the allocation process is fair and all children on the programme are supported according to the greatest need regardless of gender, country or religion.
The Rainbow Family programme supports needy children, some of which are orphans (a child who has either lost their father or lost both parents). Donor’s cannot specify as we allocate on a need is greatest basis.
We will allocate a child to you within 2-4 weeks of receiving payment. You will be sent a Welcome Pack which will include details of your sponsored child and tips on how you can start communicating.
For every pound donated 85p will go directly towards supporting the child. 15p will cover the cost of delivering a quality programme without which staff and mentors would be unable to carry out vital visits to the child at home and school, monitor their educational progress and collect reports for donors.
The Rainbow Family Child Sponsorship Programme makes a long term commitment to children worldwide and sponsorship continues up to the completion of secondary school education. If you cannot continue let us know in advance and we will make arrangements to transfer your child to a new donor.
