At Noor ul Quran Institute, our primary goal is to provide every student with a high-quality, consistent, and comfortable online Quran class experience, whether taught by male Quran teachers or female Quran teachers. To maintain academic excellence and ensure student progress, this teacher change policy explains how teacher assignments and changes are managed.
Teacher assignments are made based on each student’s level, goals, age, language preference, and learning style.
If the academic team determines that another teacher may better support the student’s progress, the institute reserves the right to assign a new teacher in the student’s best interest.
The institute may change a teacher when necessary due to:
Academic or performance evaluations
Teacher availability or scheduling requirements
Operational or administrative adjustments
Illness, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances
All such decisions are made with the student’s learning progress as the highest priority.
Parents or students may request a teacher change in case of a genuine concern.
All requests are:
Reviewed carefully by the administration
Evaluated based on academic and communication factors
Approved when a change supports the student’s progress
A suitable alternative teacher will be assigned where appropriate.
Where possible, advance notice will be provided before assigning a new teacher.
However, in urgent cases (such as illness or emergencies), changes may occur without prior notice to prevent disruption in learning.
After a teacher change, a short adjustment period may be required for the student to:
Adapt to the new teaching style
Build comfort and communication
Maintain consistent learning progress
While the institute strives to maintain teacher consistency, specific teachers cannot be guaranteed permanently, as schedules and responsibilities may change over time.
Once a teacher has been reassigned, returning to the previous teacher may not always be possible due to scheduling limitations, class capacity, or workload distribution.
To ensure professionalism, transparency, and student safety, teachers are strictly prohibited from establishing direct personal arrangements or private classes with students or parents outside the institute’s official system.
All communication, scheduling, and academic coordination must be conducted only through Noor ul Quran Institute’s authorized channels.
The following actions are strictly not permissible:
Conducting private classes independently
Sharing personal contact details for private arrangements
Bypassing institute procedures
Creating agreements outside institutional supervision
Any violation may result in immediate disciplinary action, including termination of services.
This policy is designed to protect:
Student safety and privacy
Academic accountability
Institutional transparency
Quality and consistency of education
Noor ul Quran Institute is committed to providing qualified, experienced, and professionally trained male & Female Quran teachers at all times.
